We accept all major credit cards or check and can take your information through the phone or email. After the event, we will email you a finalized invoice and receipt after the transaction.

Yes, we can provide a full service bar and licensed bartenders. Bar menus can be customized and can include: Beer, Wine, Liquor and specialty cocktails and mocktails.  Ask us about our speciality bar experiences like a “Build Your Own Bloody Mary” bar for brunch and breakfast events!

A 50% deposit is required when your event contract is signed to guarantee your event date.  The remaining 50% is due the week before the event.

We require a final headcount a week before the date of the event to ensure everything is in order for your event.  After the final guarantee guest count has been confirmed, we can try to accommodate last minute additions, but not subtractions.

We offer tastings for large scale events only, including weddings, galas and corporate parties.  We would be sampling the menu selected for your event. There is a charge of $75.00 per person that will be credited back if a contract is signed (maximum $300 credit).  Please contact us to learn more about a menu tasting.

We can provide disposable plates and silverware for a small fee.

We are located in Montrose in Houston, TX with easy access to all areas. If an event is over 30 miles, we do have a supplemental travel fee for the staff.

Gratuities are not included in your final bill, nor are they required. However, they are graciously accepted and can be added to your final bill, or handled on-site.

The standard attire for our professional and well-trained team is black slacks, black button-down shirts, black shoes, with a gray bowtie and bistro aprons.  However, staff attire can be customized to match the event theme. Please speak with your Event Specialist about options.

Definitely! We can help plan all the details for your event. We can also provide any rental, valet service, lighting, flowers, etc.
